Whether sub-registrar or any other officer can be made accountable if the property is registered at circle rate but not market rate? But who will do this uphill task, the corrupt politicians (who have the power to make rules and fix threshold limits) or the corrupt/inefficient subregistrars (who finalise the deal by accepting and distributing bribe money)?, the honest person who wants to buy property using his hard earned money or availing bank loan and wants to give cheque only cannot buy property in the present scenario.
