Politician think they are above the law

Varun Gandhi makes a hate speech. He is in serious trouble. And now it was in the news that he has made another hate speech which the EC is examining. BJP has now also decided to support Varun Gandhi. Well, I knew that they will support Varun because of the following reasons:

(a) They are Hindu focused and I think they probably think the same way as Varun Gandhi.

(b) If they don’t support Varun Gandhi, they will lose the Hindu vote.

So BJP has no choice but to support Varun. I think they had a day to get the feedback from Piliphit.

Mulayam is in trouble for distributing cash. Now he goes and threatens the lady District Magistrate of his town.

Why is the law not being enforced? I don’t think that EC has ever barred anyone from elections. It is because of this that people like Mulayam , Menaka Gandhi, Govinda and others. I think the law should be implemented. I also think EC should bar a politician from elections if the law so prescribes which will send a strong message to the politicians.
