Why can’t we remove Buta Singh immediately?

According to our constitution, everyone has to be treated equal. Then why is it that permissions have to be obtained to prosecute some people? Why is there a special procedure to be adopted to prosecute or terminate Buta Singh? Why can’t we prosecute the chief justice for corruption if there is a probable cause? In fact according to me, these people hold positions of trust and should be prosecuted for corruption immediately.

As mentioned earlier, fast track special courts should be set up by the government and a jury based system as in US should be adopted to prosecute all the highly placed government officials. We need to strengthen our judicial system and investigating agencies so that the cases are settled fast. I don’t think that anybody in this country irrespective to his position should be exempted from prosecution for corruption. We need to stop corruption at all cost as that is what is bleeding our country and making the life of a common man difficult.
